Once you subscribe to UImand, you can add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue. However, each request is processed individually, allowing our designers to focus on delivering top-notch designs without compromising on quality or overwhelming themselves.

UImand strives to fulfill most design requests within a timeframe of two days or less. However, more intricate requests may necessitate additional time to guarantee the highest quality outcome.

UImand, an agency founded by the singular designer Rahul Luthra, ensures a personalized touch. You will directly collaborate with me for the majority of design requests. In specific cases requiring additional expertise, I may partner with other designers within my network.

Understanding that design needs may vary, UImand allows you to pause your subscription at any point. The billing cycle follows a 31-day period. For example, if you utilize the service for 21 days and then pause, you will retain 10 days on your subscription to be utilized at a later date.

UImand primarily utilizes Figma for design requests, an industry-standard tool ensuring efficient collaboration and the delivery of high-quality designs.

UImand offers flexibility in submitting design requests. Most clients use Trello to directly request designs, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even record a brief Loom video for a visual explanation. Any content that can be linked or shared in Trello serves as a reference for your design request.

UImand is dedicated to your satisfaction. We will continue to revise the design until you are completely content. Your feedback and preferences hold utmost importance throughout the design process.

No worries! You can pause your subscription once your design request is fulfilled and reactivate it whenever additional design needs arise. There's no need to let the remaining days of your subscription go unused.

At UImand, we understand that absolute contentment is paramount. Therefore, we now offer the option of a refund if you are dissatisfied with our work and wish to discontinue our services. In such cases, we will refund 50% of the remaining days left on your subscription. For example, if you have 20 days left, we will reimburse the equivalent of 5 days. Your happiness with our service is our priority, and we aim to provide a fair and flexible solution in the event of dissatisfaction.
